Walking mysteries

You can say I'm a detective. No, I don't solve murders or crimes a la Mr. Holmes or Ms. Drew, I solve people. Now this may seem like a new concept to you. But try to be open minded and look around you, hundreds of people walking by. Doesn't it amaze you that each and every one of them has their own life story, their own thoughts and opinions, secrets; and you can never know all of it? Each person is like an intricate puzzle, with their own unique pieces and solutions. Endless walking conundrums around you, just waiting for you to solve them.
So, my hobbies include befriending mysterious people and solving them. When they're solved, I leave them behind like mere wrappers of a candy i already observed and consumed. (Weird analogy, I know)
But some mysteries interest you so much that even when you're done solving them, their thought still lingers in your mind, you keep thinking that maybe there was one more layer to them. That's the kind of mysteries I want to stay with me. Whenever you think you finally know it all, you discover another layer, and then another. Some mysteries are never-ending, infinite in their own way. Some mysteries make you want to know more even when nothing's left to discover. Some mysteries ignite that spark in you. Some mysteries are such that you discover new stories and emotions within yourself, that you never even knew you had. They bring out the best in you, and the worst. They test you in a million ways. But that's the fun in solving mysteries - you can never ever get bored of it.
